Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads using BANT framework and CRM systems to identify high-potential prospects
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs via virtual demos and consultations
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining 95%+ activity metrics in Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Attend weekly sales training sessions and implement new techniques
- Provide feedback on product improvements based on customer interactions
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and weekly forecasting reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inside sales experience with proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales highly advantageous
