Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Present product solutions to B2B clients via virtual presentations and demos
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining high client satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Document all client interactions and pipeline activities in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekly team meetings and ongoing product training sessions
- Identify upsell opportunities and expand existing client relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in night shift schedule and maintain high energy levels
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
