Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls to generate new business leads.
- Present product demonstrations and solutions to prospective clients via phone and email.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (entry-level candidates with strong work ethic considered).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated with a track record of hitting targets.
