Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Present product solutions to potential clients, addressing objections and closing sales
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 85%+ client retention rate
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales pipeline and forecast revenue
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine sales techniques
- Provide market feedback to product development team
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales highly valued
