Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email, and social media outreach
- Present product solutions to potential clients via virtual demos
- Exceed monthly sales targets using CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop strategic outreach campaigns
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM system
- Participate in weekly sales pipeline reviews
- Identify upsell opportunities within existing client accounts
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
