Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present product solutions to 15+ qualified prospects daily via virtual demonstrations
- Close 4-6 new business deals monthly while maintaining 85%+ activity metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document all client interactions and pipeline activity
- Participate in weekly sales training and product knowledge workshops
- Exceed monthly revenue targets through consultative selling techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting quotas
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer needs and match solutions
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales highly preferred
