Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Lead Management: Qualify inbound leads and nurture them through the sales funnel to ensure a seamless conversion process.
- CRM Mastery: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce or HubSpot, ensuring data integrity for the wider team.
- Client Relations: Build rapport with prospects, identify key decision-makers, and address objections with confidence.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Team Synergy: Communicate effectively with the Monday-Friday sales floor to ensure a unified approach to customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Customer Success.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a focus on active listening and persuasion.
- Availability: Must be available to work the weekend shift (Saturday & Sunday).
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) is a plus.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Washington, DC.
