Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound leads via phone and email.
- Present product demonstrations and overcome objections to secure sales.
- Enter accurate data into the CRM system to track prospect interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales floor team to ensure seamless handoffs.
- Follow up on pending leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Adhere to all company sales scripts and compliance policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as required.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a high level of professionalism.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
