Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new business leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Conduct high-volume sales presentations and product demonstrations to qualified prospects.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing and account onboarding.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies and improve lead quality.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions and manage pipeline data.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B inside sales or customer service (Weekend experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work a Weekend Shift (typically Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Sunday) with flexibility.
- Proficient with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for financial growth and success.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
