Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across North Carolina and Florida
- Present product solutions and close sales deals to meet/exceed targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Track sales activities and pipeline in Salesforce with weekly reporting
- Participate in weekend shift operations (Friday-Sunday) with weekday flexibility
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible weekend schedule
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certifications
- Experience serving Southeast US markets (NC/FL preferred)
