As a Weekend Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for connecting with high-net-worth individuals and businesses, identifying their needs, and closing deals on the spot. We offer a competitive base salary plus an aggressive commission structure.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective clients in the Omaha area and beyond.
- Qualify leads effectively to ensure a high conversion rate for our sales team.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers through effective follow-up strategies.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions and update customer records.
- Collaborate with marketing and management to refine sales scripts and strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in inside sales or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a hunger to earn high commissions.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid office setting.
