Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calls to qualified leads specifically on Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Identify and qualify potential customers, assessing their needs and financial status to determine product fit.
- Present product or service features and benefits to overcome objections and close sales directly.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team during the standard weekday hours to maximize conversion rates.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) regarding lead status and deal progression.
- Collaborate with the management team to refine sales scripts, strategies, and team performance.
- Adhere to compliance standards and company policies during all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer success roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with a flexible schedule and high reliability.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated personality with a strong desire to succeed in a performance-based, commission-driven environment.
