Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume prospecting and cold calling to generate new leads.
- Engage prospects via email and phone to identify decision-makers and qualify opportunities.
- Present product demos and negotiate pricing to close deals on the weekend shift.
- Manage a robust pipeline within our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize outreach campaigns.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated drive with a hunger for commission-based income.
