Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting calls to generate high-quality leads for local markets.
- Conduct professional product presentations and handle objections to close sales over the phone.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure retention and upselling.
- Accurately log all interactions, sales, and prospect data into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Research market trends to identify new business opportunities in the Louisville area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
