Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to qualified leads within the assigned territory.
- Engage prospects via email and CRM systems to schedule appointments and product demos.
- Effectively present and demonstrate our SaaS solutions to prospective clients.
- Close sales and secure new business contracts over the phone.
- Accurately update and maintain client data within Salesforce and CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven inside sales experience (B2B experience is a plus).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with Monday through Friday off.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
