Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to generate new leads.
- Engage prospects via email and phone to qualify and nurture opportunities.
- Close sales and secure contracts within the designated weekend timeframe.
- Maintain accurate records and activity logs in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in inside sales or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and maintain a positive attitude.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting quotas.
