Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within target organizations.
- Present company solutions and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Navigate objections and negotiate terms to secure sales contracts.
- Manage and update customer data accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a commission-based, high-performance environment.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (40-hour work week).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
