Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound sales calls and manage inbound lead inquiries.
- Consult with prospective clients to identify their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and sales data into the CRM system.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for achieving monthly sales quotas.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
