Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through strategic outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Present product solutions to key decision-makers in 15-30 minute discovery calls
- Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize lead conversion
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction
- Document activities in Salesforce and provide weekly pipeline updates
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience in B2B technology or SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with discovery-based consultative selling methodology
