Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cold calling and email outreach to qualified leads on weekends.
- Qualify prospects and effectively communicate the value proposition of our premium services.
- Manage a robust pipeline within Salesforce or HubSpot CRM to track interactions and bookings.
- Book and conduct discovery calls with decision-makers to secure demos and meetings.
- Collaborate with the sales floor team on Monday mornings to strategize for the upcoming week.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or lead generation.
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive preferred).
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
