Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling to qualified leads during weekend shifts.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients to schedule appointments.
- Present products/services to prospects and overcome objections effectively.
- Close deals and manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities.
- Provide exceptional follow-up to ensure customer retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales or telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High level of self-motivation and resilience.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
