Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads effectively and book appointments for the sales team.
- Close sales over the weekend shift to meet weekly revenue targets.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions and update records.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service.
- Proven ability to work a Weekend Shift (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a persuasive phone presence.
- Self-motivated with a hunger to earn a Base + Bonus income.
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience is a plus.
