Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales calls to prospective clients via CRM platforms
- Qualify leads and present tailored solutions to customer needs
- Meet/exceed monthly revenue targets and activity benchmarks
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation campaigns
- Document client interactions and sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Participate in weekend shift training and performance reviews
- Develop product expertise across SaaS solutions portfolio
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales or B2B experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Ability to work independently in weekend shifts
- Goal-oriented with proven track record in sales
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Reliable transportation to Las Vegas office
