Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through targeted outreach via phone, email, and digital channels
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique business needs
- Present and demonstrate product solutions that align with client objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain detailed records in Salesforce and provide weekly performance reports

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B inside sales experience in the tech industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
