Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach strategies.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation campaigns and sales collateral.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer success with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated and resilient with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client meetings (especially relevant for Sacramento, CA).
- Willingness to travel for team events and networking functions.
