Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to identify and qualify new business opportunities within the local Atlanta market.
- Pipeline Management: Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to accurately track leads, manage customer interactions, and forecast sales revenue.
- Client Consultation: Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions that drive value, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Closing Deals: Guide prospects through the sales cycle, negotiate terms, and close new business deals over the phone and video conferencing.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and local market dynamics to inform sales strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with broader business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or a related field. Experience in the local Atlanta market is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to persuade and influence.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Attitude: Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn new sales methodologies.
