Responsibilities
- Initiate and follow-up on outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct needs assessments with potential clients to identify pain points and present tailored solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system regarding sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone presence.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
