Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM outreach
- Build strong client relationships via consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales targets for our SaaS product portfolio
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate sales pipeline data
- Participate in weekend sales blitzes and quarterly incentive programs
- Present product demonstrations tailored to client needs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Strong analytical skills for sales forecasting
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
