Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct face-to-face presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients in the San Diego area.
- Manage a robust pipeline of leads through cold calling and networking activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales or business development.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and earn high commissions.
