Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales calls to generate qualified leads and close new business
- Nurture existing client relationships through strategic upselling and cross-selling
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track interactions and maintain accurate sales pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for lead conversion, revenue, and client retention
- Conduct product demonstrations and address technical inquiries

Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)

- Valid Arizona driver's license (occasional local travel required)
