Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, identifying their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal and onboarding new clients.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales campaigns and messaging.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or B2B sales (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday - Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
