Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM outreach
- Present product solutions to prospects and close sales agreements
- Exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for conversion rates and revenue
- Maintain accurate client data in Salesforce CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Attend weekend shift training sessions and product updates
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales or B2B experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree a plus
