Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth within the Houston metropolitan area.
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and community outreach events.
- Conduct face-to-face presentations to potential clients, demonstrating our value proposition.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads using CRM software (Salesforce) to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Close deals on-site or over the phone, ensuring a high rate of conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Proven track record in outside sales, business development, or customer service.
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekend shifts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
