Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage and update the CRM (Salesforce) accurately to track prospect activity and deal progress.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in previous roles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive preferred).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
