Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound channels
- Present product solutions to B2B clients via phone/video
- Exceed monthly sales targets with strategic account management
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Maintain accurate CRM data and sales pipeline reporting
- Participate in weekly sales strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record with quota achievement
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with sales automation tools (Outreach, HubSpot)
- Strong analytical abilities for pipeline forecasting
