Responsibilities
- Drive sales and revenue growth by actively engaging with customers and identifying their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Manage inventory levels and stock shelves during night hours to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Upsell products and services to maximize average order value.
Qualifications
