Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to qualified leads during weekend shifts.
- Identify customer pain points and present our products/services as the optimal solution.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Accurately input customer data and transaction details into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting sales goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
