Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify sales leads through phone, email, and CRM outreach
- Build strong client relationships while demonstrating product expertise
- Exceed weekly/monthly sales targets through strategic prospecting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Sat-Sun 8AM-5PM)
- Continuously refine sales scripts and objection-handling techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Strong analytical mindset for pipeline management
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional client visits
- Must reside within 30 miles of Wichita, KS
