Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to qualified leads.
- Present and demonstrate our premium software solutions to potential clients.
- Overcome objections and guide prospects through the sales funnel to closing.
- Manage and update customer data accurately in our Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure client retention.
- Participate in weekly sales training and strategy meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or B2B telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
