Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate qualified leads.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing within a defined territory.
- Utilize Salesforce or HubSpot CRM to track interactions and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on weekly campaign strategies.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio to answer complex client queries.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mentality and resilience.
