Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage a daily pipeline of inbound leads and qualify prospects using established sales methodologies.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track interactions, update customer records, and forecast sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target demographics for weekend campaigns.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
- Available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
