Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling and email campaigns targeting enterprise clients in the Pacific Northwest
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute targeted weekend campaigns and promotions
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas while maintaining 95% client satisfaction metrics
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultative selling sessions via Zoom/Teams
- Provide weekly pipeline reports and actionable insights to the sales leadership team
- Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation of all client interactions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, or similar sales engagement platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical solutions
- Self-motivated professional thriving in autonomous, weekend-focused work environment
- Experience selling SaaS solutions or technology products to enterprise accounts
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong virtual team collaboration
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
