Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone and email.
- Identify and qualify leads to determine customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Accurately update client data and pipeline status in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies based on performance metrics.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
