Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and social media prospecting
- Present tailored solutions to B2B clients in the tech sector
- Exceed monthly sales targets using data-driven strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline documentation
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine outreach campaigns
- Conduct product demonstrations via virtual meetings
- Identify upsell opportunities and expand existing client relationships
- Participate in weekend sales blitzes and quarterly incentive programs
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience required
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional phone presence and objection-handling skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management for weekend shift consistency
- Basic technical aptitude for SaaS product demonstrations
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client visits
- Weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays) is mandatory
