Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries specifically for the weekend shift schedule.
- Qualify potential leads and accurately document customer information into the CRM system.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Close sales and secure contracts, achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or telecommunications is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a persuasive, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
