Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls and email campaigns to enterprise accounts
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document interactions and forecast pipeline
- Collaborate with product specialists to deliver tailored solutions
- Exceed monthly KPIs for revenue and conversion metrics
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions with sales leadership
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with enterprise clients
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot required)
- Strong negotiation skills and closing track record
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced weekend environment
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
