Responsibilities
- Initiate and conduct high-volume outbound calls to qualified leads in the Houston area.
- Present product demonstrations and explain value propositions to prospective clients.
- Manage a pipeline of leads using CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Overcome objections and close sales to meet weekly and monthly revenue targets.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation in the database.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during shifts.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM systems.
