Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with qualified leads via phone, email, and virtual meetings to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and personalized solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction
- Track sales activities using Salesforce CRM and provide weekly performance reports
- Exceed monthly sales targets by identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to position solutions effectively
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to handle objections and close deals independently
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to thrive in autonomous, weekend-focused roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
