Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Present product solutions to enterprise clients via virtual demos and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized sales strategies
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining 95% client satisfaction rate
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales pipeline and forecast revenue
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Sat/Sun 8AM-4PM) with weekday flexibility
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and scripts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and sales automation tools
- Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Weekend availability is mandatory (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
