Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads through strategic outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Execute consultative sales presentations to enterprise decision-makers
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize weekend campaign performance
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipeline and forecast accurately
- Develop deep product expertise to position solutions against competitors
- Participate in weekend rotational shifts (Fri-Sun 10am-6pm)
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven quota achievement
- Expertise in Salesforce and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling capabilities
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions preferred
- Ability to thrive in autonomous, results-driven environments
- Weekend availability is non-negotiable for this role
